As delivery is normally between 9.00am and 5.00pm weekdays, it maybe more suitable to supply us with your work address for delivery, as the carrier will require a valid signature on delivery. Warranty: All our Briggs & Stratton Power Products are covered by the manufacturers own warranty policy. For repairs you can contact HSS Hire central Office Tel 0845 673 7247 for details of a repair shop in your locality. They have 450 outlets through the UK supported by 13 strategically located regional workshops. If you do not have a repair shop in your locality then please contact us for further instructions. Important Notice Please note if you have to hire a machine whilst your equipment is being repaired, (CJC LTD) or no Manufacturer are liable, or will compensate for any hire charges that you may incur if you have to hire a generator / machine whilst you item is being repaired. You are also responsible for any carriage charges if you have to ship your item to a dealer for repair. Returns / Problems/ Cooling Off Period You have the option to return any product for whatever reason within 7 days of receiving your order 9 the machine must not have been used).
